Rach Gia City is a beautiful coastal city that has too many beautiful attractions but usually overlooked by travelers. Most of the visitors to Rach Gia City usually just stay one night and take a morning ferry to catch Phu Quoc island or Nam Du island but forget to explore this beautiful City. Rach Gia has some beautiful craft villages such as: bamboo village, clay stove village, pineapple garden, bird garden, and more.
This was our Rach Gia Tours with our customer who came from Europe. As we are the only English speaking travel agent in Rach Gia City. He joined us to visit clay stove village to see how the villagers make clay stoves. We also took him to Rach Gia Bird Garden, one of the most beautiful destination in this city.
Rach Gia Bird Garden located about 20km away from Rach Gia City. To get there, visitors have few options: A motorbike or a bicycle to get around. We traveled along the tree lined paved road which runs along the river. Local farmers grow tropical fruits along the way. The air is fresh. It’s a must see destination in Rach Gia City if you visit the Mekong Delta. It’s also less or no tourist at all.
